Admissions & credentials
Our attorneys are admitted in four states and before the federal courts of the First and Second Circuits. Where a matter takes us further afield, we appear pro hac vice alongside carefully chosen local counsel.
Including the Massachusetts Business Litigation Session and the Superior Courts of all three New England states in which we maintain offices.
Six of our partners are admitted to the United States Courts of Appeals, and two have argued before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
